Orders & Payments
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, ELO, and Union Pay.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) PST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Shipping & Delivery
Transit time typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Total delivery time for all destinations is 6–11 business days.
We offer a flat domestic shipping rate of $5.99 within the U.S. We do not ship products in Puerto Rico.
We ship within the United States only. No international shipping.
Returns, Exchanges & Support
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
